"Kate Bishop. I’m pretty much an avenger. At your service"
Hawkeye #15 by Matt Fraction, David Aja, and Matt Hollingsworth
In the end it’s not because he c a n ’ t
He can. And he wants to.
He’s just been a l o n e for so long that…
— He doesn’t k n o w what
—Eyes snapped over to her new guest, glazed over and dry from staring at her computer screens for too long. “Hey! What are you doing here?”
"I uh.." What was he doing there? Damn it. He couldn’t remember. Clint brought a hand to the back of his head and scratched. There was a reason, but suddenly it was gone. "… Dude.. how long you been starin’ at that computer?"
my grandma that i stopped talking to about a year and a half ago wants to go to lunch with me and my mom. and i know neither of us want to do it considering all it will be is her talking about my poor worthless cousin that slept with my ex fiance when we were together and about how amazing everyone else in the family is.
and considering the fact the last time i sat down and had lunch with her like that she proceeded to make comments about how much is sucks for my cousins cause their parents are divorced[fucking 14 years have passed since they divorced. stop babying them] and how her dad dying like 10 years ago or something.
don’t come to me with that kind of shit. i have no sympathy for any of them. 1) my cousin knew what she was doing when she fucked my ex cause she was suppose to be my maid of honor, 2) my dad died months before her parents divorced, and 3) you were an adult when your dad died. i was fucking 9. i can’t even remember my dad outside pictures.
i have NO sympathy for people like this.
Got my hawkeye hat!
"Yeah, tell me about it. And I’m jus’looking into some missing persons t’see if it’s my kinda thing…"
"Well ya know if you need some help lookin’ into things you can just ask. I’m sure I gotta few favors I can call in to get ya some info. ‘Sides, never know when I’m gonna need to call in a favor from you."
